Hopshopgo not working

Has anyone used Hopshopgo lately. They are taking packages but thats it. limited response from them. Paypal not helping and have washed hands of them.

See “Is PayPal working with Hopshopgo” and you’ll find a number of similar complaints. I have a parcel confirmed received by FedEx, but still not showing in my HopShopGo account after well over a month and no responses to multiple emails. If you look at product review and trust review sites as well as Comgateway instagram (they own HopShopGo), full of the same complaints. I’ve read the owners are under juridical management in Singapore. Very concerned we will never receive our parcels and no response from PayPal with any type of solution.

i went to comgateway and managed to contact thru that site. updated my inventory but have not shipped

 i feel like if i pay thru paypal they should at least guarantee shipping costs.. let u know how it goes

Did you ever get this resolved and if so how?
I am concerned I won’t get mine, DHL confirmed delivery but no record of it so far

Sorry to hear that you've not received your order. If there's any issue with the purchase, PayPal protection policy covers the payments and helps you to get the refund if certain requirements met. You can report the purchase in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Steps to report the payment can be found in this article. 

You have 20 days from the date you opened the dispute to resolve it with your seller. If your seller isn't responding or you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. If you escalate your dispute, PayPal will review it and decide the outcome. You can always check the status of your dispute at any time in the Resolution Center.
