I called PayPal Credit to open a dispute. PayPal Resolution Center reads that I open up a dispute with my bank institution (no PayPal Credit/ Synchrony Bank). I cannot find any PayPal Credit Dispute or PayPal Credit Message Center to upload my documents. Called multiple times. I was speaking to someone who was going to walk me through process to upload when they became silent. I was still connected but nothing from the other side. What can I do?
