How to access funds from underage account?

Hey, so I created a PayPal account to sell items on eBay, and for four months, everything went smoothly. I could also spend my money without any issues. Recently, when I tried to buy clothes on ZARA, it prompted me for a credit card. Since I didn't have one, I used an online credit card from VIMPAY, but it wasn't verified. After selling a power bank on eBay, my account went under review. I submitted all required documents and my passport. However, I received an email stating I'm underage, which I understand. They suggested refunding customers, but I can't as they've already received the items. Now, my PayPal account asks for identification and credit card verification, but I can't verify the online credit card. The funds are significant (190€), and I'm considering transferring them to my father's account, who is my legal guardian. Thanks for the help.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.

You would get them when you are 18.
