How to contact Paypal

Our original heading was "How to Contact Paypal about buyer Fraud"  But they would not allow 😞   Said not descriptive

So we have been trying to contact Paypal to report fraudulent activity by a customer.  Unfortunately we have been unable to make contact with them

The customer has been reported to the Police, and we do have a crime number, but why does it seems that the Paypal AI drops your call or chat attempt as soon as you mention customer fraud?

Can anyone suggest a way of providing Paypal with the information as we would assume that this person is doing this multiple times

BTW they even try to stop this from posting

Paypal does not stop you posting anything as long as it does not contain telephone numbers etc and you can have as long a title as you need.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
