As a test, I paid $1.49 to locate my phone. Never located.
They want to take a monthly amount. None of their emails work.
How do I block them?

Hello @Scootermike,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting!
I understand that you would like to stop someone accessing your account. Have you received notification about unauthorized access to your account? Are there corresponding transactions in your PayPal account? If there are transactions in your PayPal account that you feel were unauthorized, please follow these steps to report the activity and secure your account by changing the security questions and password. Before you report the charge, please check if there are any subscriptions from this merchant and cancel it. If there are no transactions in your PayPal account or if you are unable to login, please contact customer support to report the activity in your bank or card account. A representative can search to find if the transactions were made on another established account or as guest payments, and help you with the next steps. You can contact customer support using the options found by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page or by reaching out on Facebook or Twitter.
Regards,
Ayesha

This is what they say: To change or cancel your agreement with HONG KONG SOOUYA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, log in to your PayPal account, go to Profile and select Financial Information. Update your agreement in the Set Automatic Payments section.
I've followed these instruction and the ones on this board but I can't find this company anywhere to delete it.
Any ideas on what to do next. Thank you

I have tried numerous times to cancel a subscription from Soouya/hong kong soouya/champsy... i signed up for the .99 trial period and attempted to cancel immediately after with no resolve. I am thinking that when i signed in it was as a guest to pay. I successfully cancelled it on PayPal but it is still showing active on the site itself. Any way to contact merchant/them for resolve.

Hello @KristaKay,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I understand your concern about the subscription and would like to cancel it. Please note that subscription authorizes a merchant to charge you whenever you make a purchase on their website without signing in to your PayPal account. This is something that's set up on the first checkout with the merchant. In order to have this canceled, the only option is to contact your merchant. If you are unable to locate the details of the merchant, you must have received a notification to your email address along with your payment details. With the help of those details, you should be able to contact the merchant or you may directly contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can guide you to get details of the merchant.
Good Luck,
Ayesha
