I can't delete my PayPal account

Hello! I'm having some problems closing my PayPal account.
I followed the steps to close my account, but it tells me that "there are still some steps to solve".
Can you please tell me what I could do to solve this problem and to succeed in closing my paypal account.

I have account limitations, and can't close my account, if i need contact with customer service i should resolve account limitations, but i can't solve it because i relocated in other country.

I'm from Belarus, but now i'm in Poland, i can't proof my Belarussian address, that's why i cant contact with customer service on site and close my acc, what should i do btw Paypalteam?)

I'm having the same Problem, I'm trying to close my account, but it doesn't let me even tho I removed my bank account from it. If someone knows the answer, please tell us.

I don't really know what to do in this situation. I went everywhere in the settings to see if there was something to remove or whatever and apparently everything is fine but it still won't let me

I think we should email the paypal people or maybe someone here in the community knows how to solve our problem

I am sorry to know that you're having issues closing your account. Please be advised that, it's not possible to close a PayPal account when there is money in the balance unless the money is transferred to a linked bank account. It's also not possible to close an account is there is an issue such as dispute or limitation that needs to be resolved. Please check the Resolution Center for information and steps to complete to resolve an issue/limitation, if needed. If you're still unable to do so, kindly reach out to our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages. 

@Teenajke, please know that before you moved in to a different country, you would have to make sure to close the account and create a new PayPal account in the current location as PayPal is country-specific. Please reach out to our representative through the contact options available for further assistance.
