Hello, I hope you are well. I have a PayPal account that was suspended, and now I'm supposed to be able to withdraw my money from it. I am trying to add a MasterCard card, but it is not accepted. I tried to add a US bank account, but it was not accepted. Please let me know how I can withdraw the balance from my account.
You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.
