There is a charge for $30.99 to YOGAGO [removed] on my PayPal account. I do not know what this was for. I did not make this purchase that I am aware of. I don't know what it was.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that there was a transaction that you don't recognize on your account. That's definitely a frustrating situation, and I'll be happy to help with some options.

Often, companies operate under a different name than that of the product you've purchased. It my be that this entity has a product or service known as something else, which you've either recently purchased, or subscribed to for future charges.

First thing to check would be your automatic payments/billing agreements/subscriptions. If you made a payment some time ago, it's possible that you also agreed to a recurring subscription or other billing agreement. If you would like to edit or remove that to prevent future charges, follow the directions in this article.

If it's a transaction that you are certain you didn't make, you can open a dispute for an unauthorized payment.
