I have a problem with the way Paypal treated a complaint.

I booked a room with Agoda and then learned that they were overbooked the hotel. I attempted resolution with Agoda and they refused to return my money. I reported the problem to PayPal credit and they found in favor of Agoda. So I started my overseas trip but arriving and being turned away by the hotel. This happened at midnight the day of my arrival. After the attempts to deal directly with the hotel I got on the phone with Agoda and they finally returned my money. At this point Paypal came back in the picture and reports that they have now found in my favor and have returned my money. PayPal’s credit protection and response was worthless. Agoda was worthless a booking agent. Just think others should know!
