You will need to get a refund, Paypal handled my complaint very quickly and gave me a full refund. Nothing from the company at all. It does not exist. Sorry to give you the bad news.

I order what was a 16 foot outdoor Christmas tree supposedly coming from Denmark (tracking info stated this).
I received a UPB LED rope light set from NJ which can fit in the palm of my hand.
THSI IS A SCAM!!!!
I am requesting my money back from PayPal and will cancel my PAYPAL acct if they too **bleep** me around.

If you have already opened a dispute for Significantly Not As Described and have escalated it, it will be reviewed. If found in your favor, you will receive a refund after the item has been delivered with tracking back to the seller.

I had similar issues and used the PayPal tool to contact seller for weeks, always getting lies about product in transit. They use a fake shipping website where they load the shipping info and it reflected they mailed me two packages, but neither was ever received. I continued to escalate with PayPal, but sadly PayPal just notified me their closed my claim and favored the seller. Needless to say I will be closing my PayPal account, after many years.
