Does cash app contact you though [removed] phone numbers? And how does Paypal notify you when a buyer has bought something from you?

When someone has paid you then the funds SHOW in your paypal balance + transaction history, even if pending or on hold they still SHOW. You also get an email from Paypal saying you have funds (beware fake emails).
