I need to open a dispute and ADD A LINK TO THE PRODUCT PAGE is not accepting anything. Obviously product is purchased so i do not have the website. I have receipts of payment

PAYPAL'S PURCHASE PROTECTION PROGRAM to know the eligibility.

You can also file a dispute for the order purchased using PayPal. While filing dispute you can contact the merchant/seller directly and this is the quickest way to resolve the problem. However, if you are unable to reach a solution and having doubts regarding the order and seller activity, you have the option to escalate the matter to a claim.

No it is useless. Dispute page keeps asking for the purchase link. I do not have it. I have receipt of payment and receipt of payment. Dispute page accepts nothing except the purchase line. Last time i bought through paypal. Personally paypal has become impossible
