IF you have had the paypal email telling you that you can now withdraw the funds? then in Kenya the normal withdrawal options available to you of MPESA or Equity Bank are not available after a permanent limitation.
The only option still available when Paypal tell you that you can withdraw your funds is via a U.S bank account if you have one.
If you don't then you would need to contact customer services to help you access the funds from your permanently limited account.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello there,
I got the email you are regarding yesterday.
You mentioned that M-Pesa and Equity Bank are no longer viable options.
Any chance you may have a suggestion whereby I can withdraw the funds in may account?
Many thanks & looking forward to hearing back from you!

Yes, yes I did read all your responses on the thread.
- I do bank with a U.S. Bank however, the platform isn't allowing me to link my bank.
- I've sent an email with my query to Thumes.
As such, apart from the above, are there no other ways to manoeuvre through my issue?

Any U.S bank you have has to have been opened on U.S soil. Paypal don't accept virtual / digital U.S banks like Payoneer or Wise or USD currency accounts etc.
The last line I was referring you to was....
If you don't then you would need to contact customer services to help you access the funds from your permanently limited account.

Indeed, the U.S. bank I am regarding was opened on U.S soil.
Might you have any contact information you can share so I can reach out to customer services?
