Illegal transaction from PayPal merchant *INSTANTGAMI on my Wise bank account - how to proceed?

I have a bank account at Wise with a physical and virtual card.

Tonight I see two payment transactions in status "pending" from the Wise virtual card to a Merchant "PAYPAL *INSTANTGAMI" according to the Wise transaction list. I have never authorized those transactions via Wise nor do I know that Merchant, I had never any transactions with that merchant before. The money has already been withdrawn.
I also have no linkage between my own PayPal account and that Wise account, so this can't be related.

What to do now?  How can I to contact that Paypal Merchant "PAYPAL *INSTANTGAMI"? This merchant may be https://www.instant-gaming.com but not sure.
Thank you for any advice.
Note: In parallel I have filed a complaint at Wise on how this transaction could be triggered without my confirmation. For safety reasons O have frozen my Wise cards temporarily.

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

To be clear: I myself did not connect a PayPal account to my Wise account - if this happened somebody must have stolen my virtual credit card details and identity. I have reported this to Wise already and they reported further to Visa / Mastercard.
I cannot comment on whether this is actually technically advisable / possible by PayPal - I see it simply on my Wise transaction list. So if somebody managed to do this even if it shouldn't happen then it would be an issue for PayPal as well!?

My initial question was actually on how to contact any PayPal merchant solely from the text "PayPal - *INSTANTGAMI" in a bank transaction.

Hi everyone! I'm sorry to hear you've found some unrecognized / unauthorized charges that were initiated through PayPal. I can certainly understand how concerning that must be. Thank you @kernowlass for your help getting a solution started on this thread.

@UnawareOfAny, @Arantz, welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. Normally, if you see charges on your PayPal account you didn't initiate, you can report them as Unauthorized through our Resolution Center. However, if the charge was completed on a PayPal account you do not own, we recommend reaching out to the bank or card company it was charged through to see what options are available. My apologies for any inconvenience this may present.

Best wishes,

Hi UnawareOfAny, did you get a resolution for this. I have just had the same happen to my account with an account that has never been used for any online purchases. I tried to contact PayPal via the resolution centre however this was fruitless as they are not listed as a vendor.

I have the same problem. Crisestone1220 Paypal charged my Wise account. He also tried a few times to get more money. I have never authorized any transactions via Wise nor do I know this **bleep**.

How can I report this **bleep** to Paypal?
