For months now I've been able to make deposits and withdrawls from online gambling sites here in Michigan. Recently I started receiving the following message. To comply with International regulations this transaction has been declined. Anybody else getting this message?

And if its not allowed in your state OR the country you are in then you would be limited for breaking the acceptable use policy.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

this is not true at all actually.
If you actually read the Acceptable Use Policy you'd find that online gambling is an activity that requires approval. You can call Paypal support and have your account approved for these kinds of transactions so long as they can verify the state you're living in.

This makes more sense to me. As I stated I have been able to do this up until recently. Most of the Michigan online casinos except Paypal, which means Paypal would have had to accept them as mechants. When I called Paypal they told me the merchant declined the deposit which made no sense considering the message paypal was due to international regulations. The thing is these casinos verify your in Michigan via gps or ip address, before they even accept any deposit from you. This is done each and every time you log in, you can't even play without that verification.

About two months ago, I was suddenly able to make deposits into the Michigan casinos again. In fact I just finished a session. No explanation has ever been given to me as to why I could not and now I can. As I stated previously, if the casinos have been authorized to accept payments from Paypal I'm not sure what is really happening. Hopefully your sitiuation will be resolved quickly.
