Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

I didn't sign up to Actitech for any service. Now I'm being billed monthly for a service/product? I haven't received. 3 months billed. Can't contact them by phone; appears to be out of the country. Will pay pal help in this situation to stop payments?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I have the same problem and am asking paypal to refund my $.  It is clearly tied to the fitcoach program I signed up for like many others who signed up for a trial period.  This was not part of it and I did not charge it in my paypal.  I rarely use paypal so it's easy to see that the charges were not authorized by me.  I will keep you updated if PayPal will reverse these charges.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product, and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Apparently, this fraudulent company transfers your data from the free trial to its website so when you cancel on your phone via your subscription management, they sign you up via their website, where of course they have other rules: they say that if you sign up for on the website you know is a final sale because is written in their policy. But I never signed up for it from their website, who does that now a days! this is a good way to place the subscription undetected. An they never sent a receipt! nor for the first time nor for the second. Any website transaction is billed or receipts have to be sent.
