Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Me too! I’ve had four payments taken from my account by Actitech. I haven’t heard of the company!!! I’ve managed to cancel further payments, and taken it up with Paypal resolution centre But I doubt I will be refunded. Who are these people??

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

This just happened to me to no more than 5 minutes ago.

"Actitech Limited" somehow they got into my account and setup automatic payments. Then took out 3 consecutive payments of increasing value ($0.99, $6.99, and $29.99) on the same day (Jun 9th).

Just happened to me too! I never agreed to pay anything and PayPal won’t refund me. I’m going to try to go through my bank.

I’ve had money come out of my PayPal account to Actitech Limited. I don’t know what this is for or how to stop it or contact them

Go to PayPal.com- click on gear icon just to left if log out- click on payments (4th choice from the left on lighter blue banner) - click on manage automatic payments- you should see all of your ACTIVE automatic payments - click on Actitech- click on CANCEL on status line on the right. You did it!

You have to open a case with them for that specific charge. If you pull it up on your app or the website and click on that charge, there is a link to click on to dispute it.
