Is blitz cash company real or just out to get the people in poverty?

Receiving money. This person reached out to me on Instagram and offered me £3000 for a small tax fee for $30, I paid the fee just to see if this is real or not and now I have received an email saying "payment completed...…98%" "receiver should pay 80$ for tax approval to complete the pending payment for immediate reflect" so I was wondering if this is a scam or will I get payed after sending tax approval could somebody help me with this.

Of course its a scam, they scammed you of one payment and are now finding other reasons to scam you again.

Strangers don't reach out to you on Social Media to give you thousands of pounds !!!!!
