Is this a Potential Scam?

I recieved an email from paypal credit asking me to call <removed> and managed to get through straight away to Angela and discussed my payment options and i am to call this number on the 22nd to pay agreed amount for next 3 months until minimum payment recalculates. Can anyone confirm if this number is legit please? Thanks Danster1979

I spoke to PayPal yesterday and they said that this wasn't one of their numbers
