Can anybody actually give the correct address to return an order to Joyui Co. Ltd in China as the one paypal has given me is incorrect and I m getting no joy as no return, no refund. The company is a scam and the return system is dreadful. DO NOT order from them, the products are cheap and nasty and return cost is dreadful. Avoid at all costs!

Have you opened a dispute?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did you win and has paypal told you to return the item?

If so then normally you have to return the item to the address that paypal has given you and provide a tracking number to prove delivery back to that address.

The address PayPal have given to me given to them by the seller, is invalid when I try to arrange a return to it. PayPal say is the address given to them and my refund will be sorted when I return it and send the proof, but how can I when I can't send it back as wrong address. This is so annoying!

Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. Thanks @kernowlass for your help getting a solution on this thread started. We appreciate it!

@tysonandbronson, welcome! I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion around the return shipping address on a recent dispute. Normally, yes, it is correct the address you are provided through the case details is given to PayPal by the seller. Since that's what's given to PayPal by the seller, that's the address the items need to be returned to. If the shipping company is stating the address you're trying to ship to is invalid, please reach back out to our Customer Support teams to see what options may potentially be available.

Best wishes!

It's a racket, that's for sure! A fatal loop with no solution, so you're basically **bleep** if you buy a product from this company as you can't return it.

They are a scam. I filed claim with PayPal. They used an American woman who was selling items due to shop closing. The invoice said 165.00 and charged PayPal 201.56. We provided pages of proof. PayPal never read our documents and said if I ship items to China, I will get money back. Shipping is more than items. So in the trash they go and I learned a lesson. They are a scam

Same issue with receiving a bait & switch product from Joyui Co. The video on their site showed a specific product, but what I got was NOT that product but a cheap replacement. I used Paypal to pay for it, put in a complaint after I received the product & asked for a refund, but all I get back is a request for a receipt showing I shipped it back to them. I already told them in my complaint that I would NOT spend any more money paying postage to send it back. With all the complaints posted here, you would think Paypal would not let orders from this company process.

To add to the confusion, when the product I ordered was confirmed by email, the confirmation came from a company called ImagleisurThen when I got the notice it was shipping, it came from "[removed]".  Joyui only comes into the picture when you see the billing on your Paypal account. So you really don't know you're ordering from a Chinese company until you get the charge on Paypal. By then it's too late to cancel your order & you're stuck on the merry-go-round.
