Kinguin Digital Limited Scam - Denied Refund

So my account got hacked and they made an unauthorized transaction for a site called Kinguin Digital Limited I opened a dispute as soon as I saw the transaction but paypal denied my request saying it was not unauthorized. I have removed my card from my account and I don't plan on using it again because I feel so unsafe. They say that they protect their clients but that is so untrue.

I'm still trying to contact them but it seems quite hard does anyone have any advice?

Same thing. An account that has only ONE person I've ever TRANSACTED WITH FOR 3-4 YEARS STRAIGHT, MAGICALLY has a new transaction, out of the blue, from a service I have NEVER HEARD OF. Then to see PayPal not refund people. Implicates them in the scam and THEFT as well. We should form a class action lawsuit against them. Maybe then, they'll be more receptive to refund people. The fact that PayPal didn't even notify me of this random break from a CLEAR AND APPARENT PATTERN, is alarming. They used to be so good about that, to the point that it actually got annoying. Maybe since that other account is a BUSINESS ACCOUNT, that's why they're more protective of that account and this one is a personal account. Which cool PayPal, since you also did away with "send to friends and family" if that FAMILY MEMBER has a BUSINESS account, you overly greedy company.

Same thing here.. I even contacted the merchant and asked them what email they sent my product to.. The emails had stars in them but the letters I could see did not even come close to my email at all.. I use Paypal all the time and I have never ever disputed a charge besides this one from Kinguin. $63.87 CAD debited for a game that was issued for an xbox.. I don't even own an xbox. Paypal will lose my business and be spammed on all Social Media websites for promoting a scamming merchant.

Same thing just happened to me and PayPal hastened to deny me a refund. Kinguin's email address is paypal@kinguin... Isn't that funny. PayPal must be in on it.

We are in September 2024 and it's still happening... As far as i know, i'm still not sure of how i've been hacked but my IP address was the one used on the PayPal transactions (3 transactions = 74€...) I Ask for refund 30 minutes after the paiements made by hackers (i don't even know how they did that) and i asked also to Kinguin by mail but of course nothing is working... KINGUIN tell me to see with PayPal of course. PayPal i made 2 complaints : One for hack but refused because of IP address (i've been hacked other accounts too but they don't care about those arguments and proof), it didn't work so i ask for order not received AND OF COURSE didn't work also EVEN IF the mail that received the orders is not mine at all + Kinguin even told me by mail that the mail address that received orders was a hacked one. But they keep telling me i should sée with PayPal.... They don't give a **bleep** about helping people they just want to make their companies even richer on our back i guess. Anyway, if anyone has any idea on how i could deal with it i would be grateful. Thank you !

I’ve had exactly the same problem in 2024. An unauthorized bill from Kinguin.

You are so lucky to get refund honestly... I almost have no hope to get refund because i can't contact PayPal by phonecall (but it's easier to explain my situation by phonecall)... They told me i have to see with my bank, my bank told me to see with PayPal..... It's insane how they don't want to refund me...
