Hello,
recently i bought a travel on Kiwi.com made up of 2 flights (in the same day from city A to city B and from city B to city C) and i paid by Paypal.
After some days I received notification from Kiwi.com that
- the first flight (from city A to city B) was cancelled and
- the second (from city B to city C) was moved to 1 day later.
Of course this is not what i bought and paid for.
Can i open a controversy and for what reason exactly, in order to receive complete refund?

Sorry about what you may be going through. Kiwi.com have been truly awful. They've rescheduled my return flights, no customer service or option to cancel. The airline won't help as Kiwi gives them false passenger information. Have a 'feeling' my flights don't even exist but Paypal does not help at all. Hopefully you've got a better bank than I do 😕
