Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

If not in there then click on the transaction in your paypal activity and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page report it as unauthorised if that is what is was?

No website to be found! MB verses Media also hit my PayPal account for "2" different purchases on 12/27/23. It shows as recurring authorization payments, which I cancelled on PayPal site. HOWEVER, I want a refund/reimbursement to my credit card for the "2" charges they already snatched from my account!

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel.

As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.
If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

To get a refund you would need to contact the company direct, paypal can't refund you as the transaction was authorised by you as it was in your subscription list unfortunately. So if its in your authorised subscriptions then you can't report it as unauthorised and paypal will of course pay it when due.

I know all of this. ALL of this. There was no reply but apparently the mystery company has shipped when they magically have my email address to announce it’s too late to cancel. They still haven’t indicated who or what they are so I’ll await. It’s only $80 ; just peeves me when I watch so closely and see zero connection to a name, a product and zero response except by a bot site that has to have an order number to address the mystery company. With no email I had no order number. And yes. I know how to check junk mail as well. I’m not a new internet shopper and have made my living online for 18 years so Yup. This one stumped me. I’ll await to see what gets shipped. Then I can address it if need be. I always check subscriptions and post the date on the calendar with alerts to check out if I’m going forward. Extreme. Proactivity here.

My supposed orders were due 2 days ago! Never arrived, and no word from them or PayPal regarding my reimbursements!

I never ordered from them, never authorized payment for foot healing patches times 2 orders on same day 12/27/23. I don't know how this company keeps getting into different people's accounts and charges them for products never ordered! I expect PayPal resolution center to reimburse both of the charges to my account. I have filed a complaint for both fraudulent charges with PayPal and the company, once I was finally able to get to their website.

Are you as mystified as I by who this is and what was purchased? Since responses to these queries were answered by robot called Bandoo and a gal named Katie said I had purchased the item at 70% discount and then an upsell for an additional fee. Totals were both $39ish. What is the product ? No response. Why didn’t I get an email? No response. Now suddenly I’m I. Receipt of email saying they see i’d like to cancel but sorry the shipment had commenced. They will offer me 30% refund. On what “item”, I’ve yet to learn.
