Margin Holdings LTD!!
I Was able to get to the bottom of this company that charges $24.99 monthly. When you purchased an item from a facebook postings from Inno Lifestyle Shop, they automatically sign you up for their VIP program and charge you the money monthly that they indicate, can be used to purchase additional items. I call Called customer Servic[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and canceled my account. Should not any new charges? The representative tried to trick me into allow purchase at 50% off if I'd stay.

Yeah that company and other China websites are all over this forum.
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I have charges from "Margin LTD" on my PayPal account that I can't identify. Is it the same company as "Margin Holdings"? I haven't made any purchases from Inno Lifestyle Shop as someone else suggested being associated with them. I don't quite understand your suggested solution.
What website/page are you to be on in order to "Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''???
So far, I haven't been able to find a phone number either. Please help me get this fixed. BTW, I never sign up for free trials anymore ... learned that lesson the hard way years ago! Thanks to anyone who can help!

I explored the purchase of power savers but never clicked on Paypal "Pay" button. The charge showed up on my Paypal activity. I wanted to cancel one day later. \ Paypal recommended I call so I did. The "Indian speaking" rep they cannot cancel it is in The "procurement" dept and has shipped. I told him I did not get a tracking number so I want an email of our conversation about this cancellation. But he repeated I simply had to return the package. I did not believe a word and told him, if I receive no email I will dispute the charge with Paypal after the call. He put me on hold. He returned to say the order was now cancelled. I received a Paypal reimbursement 2 minutes later.

I purchased 2 smart rings from this firm a month ago. Without my knowledge, they signed me up for a $24.99/month loyalty program. I discovered this today. I called them. They apologized and removed the $24.99 charge for last month and this month. But they tried to upsell me on something else. When I received the rings, one was too large. I called them for a replacement and was told I would receive a call within 24 hours to get me a replacement. I never received that call. When I called them today about the subscription charges, they brought up the wrong ring size. When I said nobody called me back, the person on the phone said he had personally called me, but that my phone would not take a message. I disputed that and told him I wanted to return the rings for a full refund. He said they would do that, but I had to pay shipping. I declined and demanded a refund. They agreed and said they would refund the total amount and that I could keep the rings. The refunds appeared in my PayPal account within five minutes.
I think this company does not do business ethically, but to be fair, they did handle my situation properly.

I have been charged twice now - both on Nov. 25, 2024 - by Margin Holdings - $137.24 CDN and $29.19 CDN. I have no repetitive orders so am unable to cancel any subscriptions. HELP!

You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
