Money on restricted account temporarily released but withdrawal failing.

I got an email last week that I can now withdraw my money that was on hold for months. I tried withdrawing but it kept getting declined. Then I added/linked a different card to be able to withdraw on, but every time I got to the Transfer page, the new card doesn't show up. I've tried to add a US Bank account too as the page suggested, but it isn't getting added. Please what can I do to make the withdrawal successful? Thank you

In  your country you can withdraw to a visa credit card OR U.S bank account BUT that bank account has to be one opened in the U.S and not a virtual / digital bank account like Wise or Payoneer.

@kernowlass Oh, now I get. I was trying to add a bank account from Wise.

Are you saying it has to be a Visa Card? Unfortunately my country has made all cards in our local currency to stop working for any payment outside the country, unless you have a dollar card tied to your domiciliary account. And that is the Mastercard that isn't showing up in my Paypal transfer page.

So the next option is a virtual Visa Card, gotten from companies like Wise. Do you think that will work?
