ONLY use paypal business buy business products but received email of permanently limit account

Hello, 

I received this message recently. But I never sent or received money thru my business paypal, but just made regular business purchases to avoid any conflicts based on my knowledge. I also found out the paypal policy of prohibited activies, and reassured that buying office digital products once in a while is not prohibited by any paypal policy.

 

Can anyone help solve this account permanent limit issue?  PayPal customer just say nothing, and literally texted me to "part ways" (unfamiliar to this phrase)

But what if this is a mistake?

You can no longer use PayPal

After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it.

As a result, we can no longer offer PayPal services to you.

Any bank or credit card information that’s linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be added to another account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
