I've been charged $525 by PIPO (SG) Pte. Ltd. without doing anything. I am not buying or clicking anything online. This is ridiculous. Please help me I need my money back. I have tried calling their hotline but they just keep on hanging up when I pass the machine. I tried to file a case on their website and they just closed my case afterward. I tried to send them a message on their website too but no one is responding. This is strange since I am very careful with my accounts. I am sure I didn't do anything to make this transaction go through. Please help me. Guess paypal is not safe to use anymore.

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and using the report a problem option bottom of that details page then report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.
Check first you didn't unwittingly set up a billing agreement.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @ellacanarias and @kernowlass,
Thanks for your posts, and welcome, @ellacanarias!
I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized transaction on your PayPal account, @ellacanarias. If there was a subscription associated with the transaction, it may have been automatically canceled when you filed the dispute. If the subscription was pre-established, that could be why the dispute was denied. When you have an already established subscription, the unauthorized activity likely happened on the merchant's account (PIPO) rather than PayPal. However, if there was never a subscription associated with the transaction or there was one created with the unauthorized transaction, please reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page to request an appeal be filed on your case.
I hope you receive a refund soon!
- Meghan

I also lost $210 as well to this fraudulent company. When I appealed to Paypal, they replied to me the same thing as yours that the transaction is consistent with my PayPal payment history. I asked PayPal to share the proof of my payment history with this company. Now PayPal doesn't want to reply to me. This goes on to say that PayPal has a role to play in this unauthorized transaction. Paypal is aware of this fraud and they permit it to happen time and again. But when we ask PayPal about it, they say it is an authorized transaction.
How can so many people be wrong? Someone has to file a case against PayPal and PIPO for this fraudulent activity.
