Hey there,
I have created my business account. I had submitted all the proof of my identity.And after submitting all my documents i got mail from paypal that now i am all set to receive money. When I received my first payment , paypal held my funds telling me that "Funds are on hold due to a new account" and then i received this from paypal.
Here is what you can do to help get future funds faster.
Confirm your account information.
1- Add and verify your bank account, debit, or credit card, and phone number.
2 - Increase your sales.
3- Process 10 transactions and receive $200.00 USD in sales.
4- Avoid disputes.
And after contacting paypal my 1st transaction of $47.05 was added to my paypal account and then released to my bank account.
Everything was good till here. And after all my 1st transaction, all of my funds are now on hold.And my Paypal account features have been deactivated.I again had word with paypal support team and they told me to submit some documents and i again did it. Then after one day I again got mail from the paypal team saying that We've removed some limitations from your PayPal account (Ref ID - PP-L-432078027841). However, as we need further information to complete this review, your account is still limited. And on the home page it's written Because of potential risk exposure, we've permanently limited your account. You'll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions.
I humbly request you to have a look into my account and let me know how i can lift my limitation over paypal account and get access to my account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
