 I have several payments made from my account to Tomksoft S.A on the first of Jan. As I dont know who this is and dont remember making any purchases on this date I am wondering what should I do?

We normally recommend reporting the activity through our Resolution Center with the steps in the following Help Center article: How do I report unauthorized PayPal account activity?

I had several payments made illegally from my account. Two refunds have been made but there is still $550.00 outstanding.
