Paypal account limited after sending f&f payment

My account was limited forever after sending 2 f&f payments.

My account was fully verified, I send the first payment without a problem of 1,500$ and than two days later I had to send another 1,500$ and the payment was reversed and my account was limited. I don't understand, my cousin is in university and I sent money to her, isn't this what friends and family payments are for? and her account was also limited.I contacted paypal support to review my account again and I told them i just sent money to a friend, the support even called me and said they can't tell me why they limited my account.

I don't understand, I did nothing wrong, what is going on?

Paypal do not give you an exact reason, they just direct you to the user agreement or acceptable use policy. I guess having a reason wouldn't make any difference if they have permanently banned you.

Unfortunately nothing anyone on here can do for you if you have already contacted customer services and they have continued to ban you.

Don't expect to get an explanation - it took 2.5 years of filing complaints before PayPal finally told me why my account was limited. And don't expect to ever be able to use those accounts, as PayPal acknowledges no mistakes.

In theory, you should be able to get the money out in 180 days, but a lot of people have trouble with that. If you (or your cousin) can't get the money out after that time or you need it sooner, your best bet is arbitration. There are people who specialize in getting money out of locked accounts, though due to the community rules I can't direct you toward anyone specific.
