Paypal account used for Fraudulent payment without my knowledge.

Two days ago I received a charge towards my paypal from a mobile video game that I do not own nor have ever touched. 
upon receiving a notification and Email receipt from paypal I immediately reported it and requested a refund. 
I received a response two days later saying that the charge was valid and authorized 


I am not being given the option to escalate or dispute this Judgment and I'm extremely frustrated. 

I don't have recurring payments, nor do I have any family or friends that have access to my paypal or play this game in particular

I do not and NEVER have spent money or provided my paypal for mobile game services of any kind 

I even did investigation of my own and tracked down the account name that stole my paypal and provided evidence of this to them however I was ignored.


What can I do. Paypal refuses to assist me and the game company in question says they do not give refunds however will respond to Paypal to assist if reached out too.

I am having the same problem. Bought a cordless dryer and the company keeps taking money. PayPal say the transaction has been authorised but it hasn’t. Tried to contact PayPal but that is a complete waste of time. Can’t speak to a person to expain. Next step will be to cancel my PayPal account

Hello. I have the same problem. 5 times the same game bought for 221 euros. I contested the dispute with PayPal. PayPal closed the file. I never bought 5 games (the same game in 5 copies) and I never validated the transaction. The seller does not want to know anything, the keys have been used. What to do? It is obvious that it cannot be me. Thank you for your feedback.

No reply to the poster in question but you've responded to someone threatening to stop using the service? I don't understand. No actual intention of resolving issues just retaining customers. That's the nail in the coffin
