Hello, a stranger sent money to my paypal account and they're asking me to send it back. They've been calling me and they claim that paypal gave them my phone number. It seems a bit off to me so I'm not sure if it's a scam? Would Paypal give my number out, I've not had any messages or emails from them about it but the person did try to request a password reset on my account.
