Paypal puts limitation on the account, basically blocked it, cant get my money back

Paypal puts limitation on the account, basically blocked it, I still had 355 dollars on the balance, how can I get my money back? I cant add bank, I cant create service ticket or report a problem, they basically took my money

If its a temporary limitation then paypal will direct you to the resolution centre to resolve any issues and get your account back working again.

If its a permanent ban then normally you get an email after 180 days to say if you can withdraw your funds.

That is as long as you are over 18 and living in the same country as your paypal account is registered in, and the account is in your legal name.
