Same thing happened to me last night. I have been on paypal for 20 years and they closed my account saying i violated the acceptable use policy. Customer service says the decision is final and they are given no details about what exactly violated the policy. There is no way to appeal either.
I am commissioner of a fantasy football league and I was collecting our league fees through paypal, so i am guessing that was the reason. Fantasy Football is not illegal but paypal is a higher authority apparently.

Yahoo Fantasy only allows us to use PayPal too. What a system they have. Anyone have any answers?

Its against Paypal rules (acceptable use policy) to use your Paypal account for any gaming or gambling purposes.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hopefully all that are following read this. PayPal does indeed transfer money from Yahoo Sports. I just received mine. All those that are posting otherwise obviously don’t know what they’re talking about. Make sure you bank account is linked to PayPal. Yahoo takes a few days to approve the withdrawal. It then pops up in PayPal and you can deposit it into your account. It takes 1-3 days for the deposit for free or you can pay 1.5% to have it quicker. Good luck to all and make sure you’re in a state that allows the sports betting. @kernowlass @Jongunz @dowdj Hope this helps.

Didn't say that they did not pay out, I said it was against paypals acceptable use policy to use your account for gaming or gambling regardless of your state rules.
You can gamble away in your state, but don't use your paypal account before you get prior approval or you may get limited as well like the OP.
