This all started about a week and a half ago. I signed up for an app that used deceptive pricing for monthly rates they ended up charging way more than stated. I call paypal explain the situation and the rep said they would process the refund end of call. 20 to 30 minutes later i get a message saying im permanently limited. They want my drivers license and i send it. Nothing happens. I call three times all three times i get offshore reps who say they have escalated my case. Ive been with paypal going on 15 years. I have multiple credit cards and have never broken a rule. I dont process payments with them very often and when i do its usually the odd ebay purchase. Im at a loss and have no idea how to proceed.
