Refund based on seller guarantee

The refund process needs to include an option based on guarantees. I purchased a product with the following money-back guarantee. The seller is not communicating with me. WarriorPlus (the platform they used to sell their product) is not taking any action against them and PayPal will not process a refund because it isn't based on a product defect. I have now not just wasted my money, but also my time trying to get someone to help me get a refund.

Sellers like this should not be allowed to use the PayPal platform if they will not honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee.

Paypal does not get involved in warranties / guarantees or anything else as they are just a payment processor.

They offer 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection but it is not a 100% coverall so we all have to risk assess our own transactions.

1. Paypal provide buyer protection for items not received OR items received but not as described. If its a warranty issue then...........

2. Warranties and guarantees can't be enforced and are not worth the paper written on if you purchase from an international seller. So you may have to resort to a chargeback via your card issuer (if you funded your paypal payment that way) OR if the merchant is in your country then small claims court if you have that option in your country?
