Can you close a case and re open it ? I’ve had a buyer claim item not received in which I provided documentation and the case was decided in my favor . The buyer then tried to change to “ item not as described “ which I provided documentation for that . Now they have been able to open up an “ item not received “ again , even though I have called PayPal and they have told me that is an error and they should not be able to open a case for the same reason received. Am I protected as the seller ? As I already won the case it’s been dropped 3 times and now they are trying once again !
