Is there anyway i can get a refund through PayPal for Money i paid using my bank account to a company that is using a scam to get you to buy and charging you. I did this along with from what just read for the last several years and PAYPAY Is aware of this SCAM yet refuses to do anything about refunding the money. I Have been a customer using PayPal for more than 20 years and never had this happen..I would expect them to stand behind their customers..
Can anyone help me?

Paypals 'customers' are both the companies / merchants and sellers you purchase from + buyers.
You have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described via the resolution centre in your paypal account.
