As you can see some buyer opened a case claiming he didn't receive the item and somehow he won the case. Why? Because i was busy with my life and didn't open my gmail. I have many questions here. Why didn't paypal sent a message to my number about the case and why they didn't ask for evidence?? Is it that easy to open a case and scam people!? Anyway thanks to that i have negative balance now so what should i do now?

If a buyer opened a dispute for non receipt of item then you would lose if you did not supply trackable proof of delivery.
A buyer can't escalate a dispute until at least 7 days post payment and its unlikely they would do so then as they would allow time for the item to arrive.
So its probably about 14 days before they decide to open a dispute and then escalate it > then paypal would give you another 10 days to respond and if you don't and also don't provide a tracking number then paypal will find in the buyers favour.
The only 'evidence' from you would have been that tracking number, you could have entered it into the transaction when you sent the item. If the item then was genuinely lost then you could refund the buyer and claim back from your courier.
So you would have had approx over 3 weeks to actually respond to the dispute before it was closed. As a seller you should check your emails at least once or twice a week, I check mine daily !
