Someone hacked into my account, added a Wells Fargo bank account and email address then transferred a lot of money to that account. I reported this to PayPal but they did an investigation and won't do anything about getting my money back. Any ideas for getting PayPal to investigate further to get me my money back?

This same thing happened to me except the "New Bank" added was American Express Bank. Someone logged into our PayPal business account, added a new primary email address and phone number, added a new bank account and proceed to to make several transfers of less than $1000 all in the same day. This was on a Friday. I'm assuming they do this on Friday so you wouldn't receive any notice until the next week. I reported this to PayPay late Sunday night as fruadulant. They responded today claiming this type of activity was within the normal activity of my account!!!

That is the same dumb response I got. I called them again and they gave me some additional info but no help. They said they will cooperate with authorities so I called my cite police department. I just got off the phone with them. They gave me an incident number and said they will forward to someone in the fraud department. Hopefully it will move forward.
