Starting a class action lawsuit against PayPal

Taking a Stand Against PayPal: Initiating a Class Action Lawsuit I have recently discovered alarming evidence of PayPal's alleged breach of contract and questionable fund withdrawal practices. As a concerned customer, I believe it's time to take action and protect the rights of all those affected by these issues. The Breach of Contract: PayPal, a widely used online payment platform, has a contractual agreement with its users. If you have evidence to suggest that they have violated the terms of this agreement, this could be a breach of contract. Unwanted Fund Withdrawals: Many PayPal users have reported suspicious and unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts. If you have experienced this issue and can provide concrete evidence, it may be considered theft. Class Action Lawsuit: In response to these concerns, I am in the early stages of exploring the possibility of initiating a class action lawsuit against PayPal. This legal action aims to hold PayPal accountable for their alleged misconduct and to seek compensation for affected users. Joining the Cause: If you have encountered problems with PayPal, such as unauthorized fund withdrawals or breaches of their terms of service, and you want to join this effort, please reach out to me. Together, we can strengthen our case and ensure justice is served. Gathering Evidence: To build a strong case, it's crucial to gather all available evidence, such as transaction records, correspondence with PayPal support, and any other relevant documents. Stay tuned for updates on this endeavor as we work towards holding PayPal accountable for their alleged actions.

Yeah. That would be great, I must have dropped by debit card after going to the grocery store and it was used about 20 times at a nearby McDonald's before I could report it lost or stolen. PayPal refunded the purchases that hadn't been finalized yet about 30$ but the rest of the transactions, (about 120 bucks or so) they claimed were authorized because there was activity on the app while or around the time these transactions were being made. Yeah. That was me receiving multiple notifications for McDonald's purchases on my phone and trying to figure out what was going on while trying to put away groceries. Customer service hung up on me twice. Now I have been sent a link to provide documents to prove it wasn't me ordering 150$ or so worth of McDonald's in a 30-45 min period over about 20 transactions and I'm unsure what documents could exist to prove that.. So yes please tell me how to get PayPal to refund my money, as the section on unauthorized transactions clearly states that I am not liable for transactions I didn't make with my debit card, and reported in a timely manner. Also this is the first experience I have had with unauthorized transactions and I don't eat at McDonald's.

I’ll join in as well - not only with missing money, but the fact they abuse their terms and hold onto money that should be refunded under the guise of “reviewing” is a breach of contract. I’ve had some cases extended time and time and time again, with zero interaction from myself or customer - only PayPal.

they just took 100 from me. Blocking me from my money, because they are mad with me. EMOTIONALLY. Not business. they apparently dont like the way I talk to them. So they locked my account and KEPT MY MONEY.  IT ADDS UP. PLEASE DO AS I HAVE DONE and go online to your state's Attorney General's office and file a consumer complaint. It is easy, AND FREE to you.. they HAVE to respond to those.  I dont know if this company is being run by a bunch of soft gen z people caught up in their feelings or something... But this isnt facebook jail. You dont steal our money and walk away.

Pay-Pal's answer to all claims is that the back room has decided and ends it all.
