Taking a Stand Against PayPal: Initiating a Class Action Lawsuit I have recently discovered alarming evidence of PayPal's alleged breach of contract and questionable fund withdrawal practices. As a concerned customer, I believe it's time to take action and protect the rights of all those affected by these issues. The Breach of Contract: PayPal, a widely used online payment platform, has a contractual agreement with its users. If you have evidence to suggest that they have violated the terms of this agreement, this could be a breach of contract. Unwanted Fund Withdrawals: Many PayPal users have reported suspicious and unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts. If you have experienced this issue and can provide concrete evidence, it may be considered theft. Class Action Lawsuit: In response to these concerns, I am in the early stages of exploring the possibility of initiating a class action lawsuit against PayPal. This legal action aims to hold PayPal accountable for their alleged misconduct and to seek compensation for affected users. Joining the Cause: If you have encountered problems with PayPal, such as unauthorized fund withdrawals or breaches of their terms of service, and you want to join this effort, please reach out to me. Together, we can strengthen our case and ensure justice is served. Gathering Evidence: To build a strong case, it's crucial to gather all available evidence, such as transaction records, correspondence with PayPal support, and any other relevant documents. Stay tuned for updates on this endeavor as we work towards holding PayPal accountable for their alleged actions.

Someone got into my account and sent money from my account, and I reached out to PayPal as soon as it happened and told them it was fraud, and they reject it and told me it was authorized. If someone can rob me and steal from using there platform then why can they not take the money back from them. Instead, they want to just charge me when I was the one robbed. I do not trust this site anymore.

PayPal says they deposited Euros 17000 into my bank account but cannot or will not provide me with the SWIFT transaction so my local bank can trace or confirm the deposit which i have not received in 15 months. The Call centre operators are playing PING PONG with me. I dont know what to do any more or who to call on

PayPal gave some company my bank account and routing numbers and signed me up for auto payments for some service or product, that I have never used or ordered. I think it’s because I visited a page on Facebook. PayPal won’t give me my money back and now I’m going to have to close down my bank account because some company called ‘TheLiven’ won’t stop charging me. The first fee, was for $14.99, and it was set up as an auto pay, which is something I would never do, but it was for one month of whatever I was being sold. Then I got another auto payment, charge for $59.99 which I also didn’t authorize, and it’s a whole lot more than the original $14.99. I called my bank and had them freeze my account and then I saw PayPal has another charge from this same company for $56.98 the next day. PayPal says they have reviewed it and the transactions weren’t unauthorized when I’m telling them I didn’t authorize them! I don’t even know what it’s for, but they won’t give me those details. They also won’t let me see all of the activity on my PayPal account since I opened it. I have never set up automatic payments through PayPal before. I’m going to dispute it with my bank and see what they can do for me, but I’m planning on never doing business with PayPal again and I want my money back!

I will be filling a small claims court lawsuit too. In Canada. I'm not sure, but I think we can all combine our claims and have a collective case against paypal. If anyone wishes to join or know valuable details on how to manage the case by ourselves, feel free to contact me
