I understand your concern about receiving the unknown bills in your PayPal account. If you're not aware of these money request, please forward it to us, we will investigate ir for you. The email you can forward this to is: phishing@paypal.com. You wouldn't be charged if you didn’t pay these bills. To cancel an invoice on the desktop experience, find the invoice in your list of invoices and click the More Options icon on the right side of the screen. If the option to cancel the invoice is not reflecting, you can still ignore and forward it to us. For more information on spotting common scams see : What are common scams and how do I spot them?
