USPS LOST MY PACKAGE THEY SAID IT WAS DLVD SEPT. 11 AT 12.37 PM AT MY MAILBOX I WENT STRAIGHT THERE NO PACKAGE NOTHING. IT WAS A 6LB PACKAGE THAT WOULDNT FIT ANY BOX. IM STILL WAITING ON THERE DECISION IM JUST TRYING TO COVER MY OPTIONS . MY PACKGE WAS VALUED OVER $600 DO I HAVE OPTIONS HERE PLEASE HELP MIKE

Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction didn't turn out as expected. Have you opened a dispute with PayPal on this yet? If not, I'd recommend following the steps listed in this Help Center article: How do I open a dispute with a seller?

 

Normally, when PayPal is investigating an Item Not Received dispute, our teams will look for proof the item was delivered based on the shipping company's tracking information and the transaction's details - which is normally the city, state, and postal code. 

However, if you reach out to the shipping company, they should be able to provide some kind of documentation stating the package was not delivered to your address. They may not be able to confirm specifically which address it was delivered to, but that's fine, it's just important to confirm it was not delivered to the address on the transaction's details. 

Once you have that documentation, I recommend including that in the details of your case.
