Wescott Debt Collection from a PayPal?

Hello,

I have had a debt collection notice come through from a company called Westcott chasing a debt to PayPal but I've never ever had a credit account with PayPal? I need to get through to talk to someone at PayPal to get this matter investigated and resolved. I see I'm not the only one to have had this issue before. Are you able to give me a contact number of someone I can speak too? I can't find a number to actually call?

I do understand that you never had a PayPal account, but you have been contacted by debt collection. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our support team to remove the limitations. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
