What to do when you get hacked, but Paypal closes the case in favor of the peorson that hacked?

My accout got hacked. And some person/persons made 3 unauthorized charges on my account.
I made a repport, but they closed the case in favor of the hacker. And no I did not share my password.
I don't know what to do. This person took 215 from my acc. And paypal is supporting hacking apparently.
I don't even know why. They didn't bother to handle it? Hacker fabricated something?
been using paypal for 20 years, and I don't feel safe anymore. 
Any advise?

215 Euro (so it's not just a tiny amount for me at least) 
Sorry my bad writig. Been upset ever since I found out, and it didn't help that paypal support hacking and fraud
