I opened my PayPal account 4 months ago, but not using it because i was not getting job on freelancing sites. Yesterday I opened PayPal to receive money, and want to change email address before receiving.
At the changing process it says my account is temporarily blocked, and before i can update email they need additional information, and there is an add information button, after clicking it redirects me to an error page saying "the page is not available, go to account overview"
-I never opened my account before with my details, I just only opened 4 months ago.
-Chat with automated bot, it checked if my account have any limitation, but it didn't found any limitation
-I don't have any notification regarding any docs submission
-Contacted PayPal via Twitter, (PayPal - AskPayPal - PayPalIndia), but no reply so far.
I need assistance as soon as possible.
