hi.. i closed my old acc from a while and then i back today to create new account then paypal telling me this .. why ? what's the problem ?

I upgraded my personal account into a business account and a minute later got an email saying that I can't use PayPal anymore, even though I didn’t even use my new account! How can I fix it? I tried messaging and calling Paypal but it didn't work. Any tips?

Can you please view my account as well, I have opened a ticket to delete my account, it had funds which were transfered to a friend and after that it came with that error of being suspicius. Can you please support me to resolve the issue?

Dear PayPal Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my PayPal account, which is registered under the name of my company. We opened this account some years ago to facilitate payments for our business operations, which are primarily based in the Nigeria.
Upon opening the account, I provided all necessary documentation, including my ID card, as part of the verification process.
I received a payment from a friend 3 days ago for the business website i developed for him but to my surprise my account got limited/restricted. I received a message stating that you are unable to continue processing payments for this account.
I went to the account restore page (https://www.paypal.com/restore/dashboard) and uploaded my ID 2 days ago and i got a mail this morning quoted, "We're unable to offer Paypal services for this account anymore".
I haven't used my business account for any fraudulent activities neither will i. It's just that it's been a while i received payment into my paypal account.
As a legitimate business operating solely within Nigeria, we are perplexed by this sudden suspension. We are eager to resolve any issues and ensure compliance with PayPal's policies and regulations.
Could you kindly provide more information regarding the reason for the suspension and any steps we need to take to rectify the situation? We are committed to cooperating fully and promptly to resolve this matter.

We need to do either a class-action lawsuit, or get the Federal government to shut paypal down!

You can't use PayPal anymore
At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.
Based on this decision, if applicable, you are no longer eligible for PayPal Seller Protection as per our User Agreement. This will apply to all existing and future cases you receive.
Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.
Try the resolution center and the chat without success.
