automatic payment streaming service scam

I am angry, i have never interacted with this email. I have never had any subscription for this, i never paid it with my consent.

This happened once before where it sent 60$ but through my mothers card.

i didn’t do anything because i assumed it was my mothers subscriptions for the tv, netflix esc.

But now it had taken 120$+ from my bank account, i sent screenshot to her to tell her that her subscription took my money, but instead of her sending money and accept it was her subscription, she said she has no idea who that is.

I went through my emails and i have NEVER interacted with them.

My mother never uses paypal, she made the account for me when i was young so i could pay overseas, but i am of age now so it is my account.

so my mother never used paypal, i reckon she doesnt even have the app on her phone.

I sent it to paypal but it canceled my dispute before i even could interact with paypal.

And if they don’t accept the fraud, ill mention this too,

i NEVER recieve the so called “streaming service” .

they never send me an email letting me know the service is paid. i never receive anything.

all i get is - in my bank account.

i am a student with little to no money, after this 130$ scam i am left with 5$.

Why? why did it immediately do a automatic payment without letting me know? It never asked me if i wanted it in my paypal account, i was never informed of this. IMG_1262.jpeg

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I have the same case with www.gingersoftware.com. I canceled the first attempt, and PayPal/Ginger Software refunded this two years ago. Now, this company has again automatically taken a two-year fee from my account without a contract. Do you know a legal which occupies this case?
