6 months ago in August i made a purchace from ebay and i used paypal to pay. The pacjage never arrived and the seller had to send it again. It didnt comee the second time either. At this point i talked to ebay support and they said that i could not contact the seller through the ebay messaging center. They told me to ask paypal to issue a refund on my behalf since i used it to pay. Problem is that noone is answering my messages. Any ideas on how to go on?
Unfortunately paypal buyer protection only covers you for up to 180 days and it seems you are over that time scale?
If so then click on the transaction in your paypal account and see if their is a contact email address for the seller for you to try and contact him and resolve things?
